- What is the average turnaround time?
On average, it takes about 2 weeks for your custom Ltrs4U creation to arrive, however we are always willing to work with our customers to accommodate special needs. Just contact us at ltrs4u@gmail.com to discuss the details.
- Can I buy just the photographs?
Yes, you can just add the photos to the cart without a frame.
- What size photos are available?
4×6 for up to 7 letters and 3×5 for 8 or more letters.
- How big are the frames?
Each frame size is shown on the page where you add it to the cart.
- Are the pictures ready to hang?
Yes, each Ltrs4U frame comes equipped with a wire and hook for easy hanging.
- Are black and white photos my only option?
Definitely not! We offer black & white, sepia and full color photos to satisfy everyone’s artistic preferences. You can even mix them up and try a pop of color if you choose, it’s up to you!
- Can you photograph new letters of specific things just for me?
Absolutely! We love to do custom letter photoshoots…just contact us at ltrs4u@gmail.com with what you have in mind!
- Can I have a Ltrs4U shipped to another person?
Yes. This option is available at checkout.
- Is my credit card and personal information secure on this website?
Yes. We only collect personal information in order to respond to your questions or to process your order. All transactions are processed through a secure payment processor and we do not share your personal information with anyone.
- Do you charge sales tax?
Yes, the state of Pennsylvania requires that we charge a 6% sales tax on every order.
- What if I don’t see the color frame or mat I want?
Just email us at ltrs4u@gmail.com with what you have in mind and we will work with you.
- Is it safe to use my credit card on your site?

- What should I do if I have a issue dragging the letters?
Click the letter in the word, and replace it by clicking the letters in the scroll box
- What should i do If the color selection doesn’t work?
